  • WE UNDERSTAND THAT LIFE HAPPENS, BUT WE KINDLY ASK THAT YOU GIVE US AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT.

    CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING DONE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE APPOINTMENT START TIME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL PRICE OF THE SERVICE BOOKED. THIS WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CARD PROVIDED AT BOOKING.

  • WE OFFER A 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD FOR LATE ARRIVALS.

    AFTER 15 MINUTES A $20 LATE FEE WILL BE APPLIED.

  • WE ACCEPT ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS AND DEBIT CARDS FOR PAYMENT. FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR TEAM, WE DO NOT KEEP CASH ON PREMISE. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH AS PAYMENT.

  • WE TAKE HYGEINE AND CLEANLINESS VERY SERIOUSLY. ALL SERVICES ARE COMPLETED USING STERILIZED TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT AND OUR SPACE IS EQUIPPED TOP-OF-THE-LINE AEROVEX VENTILATION SYSTEMS, MAKING IT CLEAN AIR CERTIFIED.

    WE ASK THAT CLIENTS REFRAIN FROM COMING INTO THE STUDIO IF THEY ARE FEELING UNWELL IN ANY WAY. IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE DUE TO ILLNESS, PLEASE LET US KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND WE WILL BE HAPPY TO HELP GET YOU IN AS SOON AS YOU ARE FEELING BETTER.
